Our candidates are sourced through our vast network which also involves headhunting the best talent for the opportunity. Candidates undergo extensive screening through telephonic and face to face interviews to determine role and culture fit for each organisation. Criminal and background checks are also conducted prior to candidate introduction to our clients using reputable service providers. We facilitate the recruitment process at each stage of the client interview process. Once a placement is successful we facilitate the contract and negotiation stages ensuring both the client and candidate are well represented.
